Our Vision, Purpose and Mission are

 fulfilled through the way we

Love, Live, Grow, and Give

Love God and Loving Others.

We Love Him, because he first loved us.  1 John 4:19

This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. 1 John 4:10

But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.  Romans 5:8

And so we know and rely on the love of God has for us.  God is love.  Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.  1 John 4:19

And he has given us this command:  Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister.  1 John 4:21

Live in Fellowship with God and one another.

Scripture is clear how we are to live.

Live a life worthy of the calling you have received.  Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.  Ephesians 4:1-2

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your father which is in heaven.  Matthew 5:16

May God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind towards each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Romans 15:5-6

Make every effort to keep the unity of the Sprit through the bond of peace.

Ephesians 4:3

Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.  Ephesians 5:1-2

Do to others as you would have them do to you.  Luke 6:31

My mouth is filled with your praise, declaring your splendor all day long.  Psalm 71:8

I will exalt you, my God the King; I will praise your name for ever and ever.  Every day I will praise you and extol your name for ever and ever.  Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom.  Psalm 145:1-3

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.  Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.  Romans 12:2

Grow in our relationship with God and others.

We know we are on a journey in our Christian Faith, and just as a baby need to do certain things to grow physically, Christian’s need certain kinds of activities to grow spiritually.  We Grow as we Gather together for times of Biblical instructions and worship, Read Gods Word in private devotion and study, Obey the teachings of God’s Word, and Walk in the Light as Christ is in the Light

Many Scriptures describe the need to grow and mature spiritually:

Be no longer children, but grow up in Christ.  Ephesians 4:414-15

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  2 Peter 3:18

The Thessalonians grew exceedingly in faith.  2 Thessalonians 1:3

And this is my prayer:  that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth if insight.  Philippians 1:9-10

Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me.  “Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it.  But one thing I do:  Forgetting what is behind and straining towards what is ahead, I press on towards the goal to win the prize for which God has called me Heavenward in Christ Jesus.  Paul Forgot Past achievements (and failures) and pressed on to greater accomplishments for the lord.  Philippians 3:12-14

Give back to God and our community.  We give because He first gave to us.  “Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift.” – 2 Corinthians 9:15

Our giving represents an act of worship in which we thank God for our blessings and acknowledge that everything we have is a gift from God.

Faithful giving allows us to:

Meet needs.  “Share with God’s people who are in need.” – Romans12:13

Show our faith in God’s Provision.  “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house.  Test me in this, says the Lord Almighty, and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and poor out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.” – Malachi 3:10

Help to build His Kingdom.  “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal.  But store up for yourselves in heaven.” – Matthew 6:19-20

Make life more complete.  “Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share.  In this way they will lay reassures for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.” – Timothy 6:17-19
